TPU LAN Party

Has TPU ever had a Lan party? If not would anyone be interested in trying to get one together? It doesn't have to be some huge shindig where people fly in from other countries or anything, maybe just regional ones or maybe even regional ones and have them all at the same time so we could have a huge tourney between the regions or something. Just an idea

i would like to have a lan party but i need to get my computer built and i dont have the money to travel. so that would be a no.

Lol. It would be really hard. Something like this I would talk to W1zzard about. And since there could be a balance of US people compared to UK or more UK it would be hard.

Seems like only area of concentrated users would be texas, everyone else seems pretty spread out.

i would totally be down. i doubt it would be very large as most TPUers are in college and broke like we all were at one point.

Well I know only like 5+ people from texas that is on here. And here in Texas we have LAN's, enough were you won't miss a LAN.(Pretty much in the DFW area)

I think it would be a sweet idea! If I had some spare money, I would drive wherever!
But I think a regional thing could work. Like people within a certain radius of others or something could
get together and LAN it up with those that are elsewhere in the world.

I'm from northeastern ohio. So if people from PA wanna LAN or something, set up a location somewhere.

am I one of them, I live in houston dunno if I would be willing to drive all the way to dallas but thats where MOST LAN's are, especially the MLG, and CPL, and QuakeCon, im sure theres a hell of a lot more
