neat hard drive mod I did to my Antec 900 a few weeks ago!

well I just got my EVGA gtx260 (coming from a 9800 GTX+ 1GB) only one problem... with 6 hard drives in place I cant make it all fit!

well I never liked the way that the antec 900 mounted the hard drives... so i broke out my Dremel...

I'm just laughing at whoever at Gigabyte decided to write "Ultra Durable" on a motherboard.

Maybe people are getting angry at their mothers boards and stomping them to pieces, and Gigabyte has found a way help the motherboards suvive? j/k

This thermal take armour has 9 HD bays, which I assume I will never use.

the boards are great... its the 1156 foxconn socket that is the issue... sadly Gigabyte made the mistake of choosing to use foxconn

my board however is a socket 775 so I could not care less...

see the first pic... look on the right side of the hard drive cage... see how the holes are enlarged? that is how the cables go through...
