I have here 2 sets of RAM that I bought separately and installed believing to be identical.
Now when I've read some about memory I start to think that someone might have temper with the one set before selling it as to overclock them or something because on the outside they both have the same sticker saying the same thinks "OCZ2N1066SR2GK OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 SLI-Ready Edition Dual Channel" but CPU-Z shows them to be different .
I have now noticed that one of the packaging has a label under the label!
I piled this off and there says "OCZ2N10662GK" which is apparently different model of OCZ RAM.
My question is; Are those 2 completely different sets of ram and is there any way to make them work at 1066MHz together
