As far as I know, it is the full 5.0.1 version. Says nothing about trial, time limits or what not.
I have it loaded on Windows 7 64 bit and it is working and if I hit upgrade; it says I have the latest version.

They have done this before @MJ, they let you download a full free version for a few days then kill the link.
