crc is cyclic redundancy check. it means it wrote data to the drive and then tried to read it, and it read wrong. it happens with good equipment sometimes, but to be high/at warning means it is either bad cabling, bad hdd, or bad controller.

Should i replace the HD, or just check the cabling around the HD?

it's rarely cabling. obviously check that first, but a new drive will most likely be the answer.

How does this problem start because I've just had this as a new build since only February?

well if the hard drive had bad airflow, or if dust and dirt got in it... but two months is so short that chances are it was a bad HDD to begin with. factory problems, it happens.

also, did you order all the parts your self? some shops reuse old parts, hdds especially.
