I ran it @ 3.7 without issue.

It's CO i do believe been a while since i used it. Further more SLAPL is CO while EO is SLB9J i do believe.

Core 2 Duo e8400 (3.0 GHz): SLAPL (C0) - > SLB9J (E0);

Core 2 Duo e8500 (3.16 GHz): SLAPK (C0) - > SLB9K (E0);
