A couple of channels off Youtube with quite a few fan noise, airflow, and voltage/rpm videos.
First is Martinm210 who also did the 30 120mm fan roundup on Madshrimps about 2 years ago. In the last 4 months he has added quite a few more to his channel.
Cooling Technique is a channel that links to a Italian site of the same name. Google translate is somehow built in to the site so just choose the language from the drop down menu.
I don't know if anyone has any others they know of but I thought I'd throw this up here just in case since I'm always wanting to know how a fan sounds before I buy one.
Three videos I find interesting: Gentle Typhoon without adapter and Gentle Typhoon with 140mm adapter. Notice the change in airflow through the radiator.
140mm Aerocool Shark check the rpm/airflow at 12v and compare to the others in the same round.
