I can't really understand how this could ever cost 60$, without it being a rip-off.
I would really only pay this price for it. My xiggy was 18€ and performs better than this.

yeah, the fans pretty crappy, but replaceable. atleast its better than the cooler master hyper tx3 in terms of price!
