This is for a FX-60 (939 pinset) barebones system.
You get the AMD Athlon64 FX60 CPU, Ultra Mid tower case, Asus mobo, Ultra 500W PSU, and an Ultra CPU cooling fan.

While I think the PSU is a POS, the other items can be useful.
Not a bad deal, esp. since this one has NO REBATES.

I think the cpu alone is worth that much. A no-brainer IMHO.
