Hi W1zzard
Nice review. First time I've posted on your boards but it was thanks to you that nearly 3 years ago I managed to softmod a 9500 to 9700Pro...and what's more it's still going strong. Anyway I recently bought one of these Thermaltake schooners. I was just about to mount it upon a Sapphire X800 GTO2 when I realised that there were lots of tiny electrical components protruding unevenly from the rear of the PCB. Precisely where Thermaltake say the rear heat sink base should be placed on the back of the GPU. So I was wondering did you or anyone else have the same "problem"? Or is it just these newer cards are built differently to the one in your review and can't be used with this product? |
