I'm getting a weird reading on speedfan and PC Wizard and was wondering if anyone knows what could be causing it.
CPU:30°C
AUX:122°C
HD0:38°C
Core 0:22°C
Core 2:22°C

PSU: CORSAIR HX Series 620 Watt

2 cases:
1.this "AUX" is just non-connected wire of the sensor chip and shows bogus value (most like to be this)
2.You have problem with some "unmarked" component that overheats. But if you look at the value of 122°C and your system seems to be running stable then no worries , I don`t think any IC can work normal at such temp. And yet just to be sure check the BIOS system health values , it should be listed there if it`s a used sensor.

It is a sensor glitch.

Speedfan shows dodgy figures, it wouldnt show my cpu temp correctly, about 30C higher than other temp monitors and bios, so i had to alter it, and i also got some other readings of over 100, nothing to worry about, coz if anything was at that temp your system would refuse to boot most likely

thats good to hear, i have no idea where it's picking up the signal cause it changes from 119 C to 122 C.

well i get a minus 255 on one sensor haha

hey

yeah probe glich

if sumthin was rilly runnen 122c yould probly smell it cookin lmao

Water boils at 100c so... next time you see that and you don't smell something burning, it's a glitch.
