How do I copy Unreal Tournament 2004?

In the past i have been able to easily copy or creat a dirve image for my PC games using Alchole 120% but currently i can not seem to do it? when i make a copy of the disk or creat a drive image of the play disk it says i must insert the original play disk to be able to play the game. Why is this hapening and why cant i make a copy that works or a drive image on my hard drive that i can play off of without inserting the original disk every time? Are there any other software products that i could try to see if they worked? Also with Alchole 120% there are so many different kinds of disks it can copy and you have to chose the kind of disk that that you are coppying form to be able to copy the disk i guess. Does anyone know what kind of disk unreal tournament 2004 is?

always consider, NOT every hardware (cd/dvd drive) have same way for bumping a 100% clone image !

u can try clone cd , nowadays almost best copy prog is alcohol but , clone is CLONE

bye the way , if u r amateur @ this u can use clony xl & profiler to find what kinda protection ur disc use & then for choose best profile to accomplish job ,

IMHO ; use best drive u have for ripping ! RW dirve ARE better than solid readers !

hence!, all thing u have & u do , maybe u can't successed @ primary attemps but try .

Ut 2004

Its very simple to fix your problem. Just use Alcohol to make an exact copy of UT install off this disc. When you try to play the game with or without the cd it will ask you to insert the original disc. So this is what you do, you find all the updates for UT and install them in one of the updates, I can't remeber which, there there is a developer patch that alows you to run the program without the CD . So basically they cracked the program for you, and gave it away as legit software . I suppose this is to make it easy for LAN play, but who knows. If you want to play online however, you will have to use an orginal identification code or find one that has not been deactivated by the developers.
