I like this review, ive never heard of DangerDen Waterblock before! this is all new and from all your tests..it seems pretty incredable to me!
look at the temp differences!! seriously...this is madness!!!

I will have to keep an eye out on these!

BTW...is there a thingy for the 8800GTS cards?? id love to get my hands on one of these!!

id have went with cool labs liquid silver but i ran out

Edit:

Ill be doing some more benching to see how high i can take the core and memory on this waterblock while still on stock volts as part of my project, and if it does allow a higher stable overclock ill get some updated 3Dmark06 scores

I have done AC5 on my vregs. memory chips, and core of my X1800XT. And now I know what cooler I am getting later this fall.

great review man but one thing, it seems like there is almost too much thermal paste on the die, ive always used a new razorblade to smooth out AC5 on my graphics card but, meh, it probably dosen't make that much of a differance anyway. Want one but noe moneys for AsphyxiA so ill just have to dream.

To bad the block came with a cracked plexi top though. Notice the screw to the right of the 'Warranty void if removed' sticker from this picture:

A simple washer between screw and plexiglas could prevent the plexiglas from cracking. Don't you think?

The HD2900 block is still a peace of art imho

just got my new BallistiX Tracer pc28500's today, and waiting for the Asus M3A32-MVP mobo to become available in europe, so will probs review that, then will review the phenom 9700 or higher in the new year (just getting a cheapo X2 cpu to tide me over)

oh, and its a single slot cooler

I never did get round to posting pics of what my pc looks like now, its got a rather large radiator on the back side panel, pretty massive thermochill one.

hey mandelore, apart from it being a great review, what are you getting on 3dmark right now? I didn't see them above so thats why I ask you.

Also lets say I get this now, later on if I decide to get the rest of my pc water cooled do I have to go and get another kit, or can I just go ahead buy whatever I need to finish it off seperately? Any feedback is appreciated, thank you.
