I got my hands on one broken 9800 pro card. It is missing the component pointed out in the picture

.
Does anybody have any idea of the component? I would think it has something to do with supplying power since it has a small heat sink glued on the top. On the chip I can barely see text "N41AF" but can't find any datasheets with that code. If anyone knew a place where I could order such a chip or maybe a datasheet so I could replace it with some alternative part. I would be really happy.

Thanks, Tero

I'm taking a wild guess here, but I think it is the BIOS chip [or maybe some kind of chipset?].If it is the BIOS chip that is missing, you will not be able to put one on the card by yourself, because it needs to be soldered and that is not easy at all.

Soldering isn't a problem, but in the case it was a bios chip, the problem would be more likely to get one. Bios chips don't usually get that hot anyway that they would need heatsinks and on the otherhand, the chip is right next to the extra power input and the capasitors for that. The one that's missing has 8 pins, which is a bit too little for a bios chip anyway
