I figured out how to run the crysis demo's in game benchmarks, all you do is right click on the two files i've highlighted and click open or run as admin.

RUN AT-1280x1024 and all settings set to high

It will loop each benchmark 3 times and show up a result like mine below.

can you post yours for all to see please?

cpu-

gpu-

only thing is that it runs based on ur current config within crysis, so it runs at whatever rez u play the game at. we would need standardised settings to run the benchies at to make them comparable

maybe just use 1280x1024 and all settings set to high?

also we may have to seperate dx9/dx10 benchies due to obvious performance differences

Good thinking Mandelore,i have edited my post to say to run at 1280x1024 all high.I will re-run mine and edit my result with the new pics.

I still say run both, the gpu one is a comparison and the cpu one for shits n giggles, and to see who's proc gets the highest.

can you post the pics please too, just so no one exagerates their scores :p

aaah nice...
another interesting thing is that in:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis SP Demo\Game\Config\gpu
AMD.txt

they make mention of a HD2900 GT!! lol... anyone heard of that GPU yet ;)

they also seem to list each GPU with a number from -1 to 4
I take it -1 will not work... and 4 will have the most options availible.

funny to see how the HD2900 gets a 3 and the 8800GTX gets a 4.. ;)
to put it into perspective... a 7900 gets a 3 aswell..

We should have two score sheets. One for very high(Dx10) and the other high DX9.

All game settings on high, 1280*1024. With the proper game engine polishing, I think its quite possible for a consistent 22FPS in the timedemo
