ok i have a ati 9250 256 core clock basic 240 mem basic 200 if u dont know the 9250 has a little heatsink and NO fan how high should i overclock? 10mhz 50 mhz and should i mod the memory to compinsate? ....also i dont see holes or brachets or anything so if i bought a fan and or heat sink could i place one on it ...though i should buy a new comp coase i only have pci i whant to max this out first...thank u 
.......btw is their something i could get to see how hot my card is getting atitool says its not compatible i hit the mem button at the bottum and it says not compatible or something i dont even know if this is thr right button but my temp isnt their like the screen shots ive seen so..............

Without a temp sensor the only way to read the temps is with your own sensor. Hardware stores and some auto parts stores carry infrared thermometors, which work very well and some are pretty inexpensive. You could also get a wired temp sensor. I have a Antec HDD cooler with a digital readout on it that has two attatched that I picked up a Circuit City for twenty bucks. I would go with the infrared though, it is very, very handy for reading any temp you point it at! As for adding a fan, try to find a cheap aftermarket heatsink/fan and get some thermal adhesive to stick it on.
