They are in-ear-monitors so they have absolutely nothing to do with ear buds.

foam tips they fit in the ears and look just like a set of ear buds but you are right so tell me
who would pay 300 dollars for in the ear monitors? |

People who want excellent audio quality on the move without having to carry around big cans and a headphone amplifier.
