so i went on newegg just to look at proces and i came across vista...the "OEM" version was like 170 for the 32bit version and i didnt understand it said
but then not understanding the term oem or having a rough grasp for what it really encompassed i turn to wikipedia and it turns out some oem software is limited or ment or locked to certain hardware....i didnt really get it though..it said "for system builders" so what i want to know is...if someone were to get a oem vista disk...would you still be able to build and change your rig? would u be able to call them and ask for your key to be reset without much trouble like it is with xp? does the oem version of vista have limited functionality?"windows vista ultimate 32bit oem for system builders"
