Has anyone seen a comparison between a D-Tek with nozzles and the EK?, i remember seeing a test of the fuzion nozzle kit where it got a fair bit more restrictive, but the only comparison i've seen between the two was done using the fuzion WITHOUT nozzles.
Also has anyone heard anything about different plates to fit in the Ek?, i remember seeing (i think in the Overclock.net review) that there were going to be 'performance plates' released for the Supreme, but am not aware of any actually being released. |

martinM210 is suggesting the possibility of further improving the EK's performance by chamferring the leading edges of the accelerator plate (to reduce entry losses) IIRC EK beats out fuzion with nozzles + washer i beleive there was a direct comparo @ Xs ![]() |

For all of those asking how the EK Supreme compares to the D-Tek Fuzion, MadShrimps just posted this:
http://www.madshrimps.be/?action=get...54&articID=810 Their tests show the EK beating the Fuzion by about 2 degrees. At the same time, it beat all other blocks in the group.

I think your image link isn't working
![]() BTW, they said their block was totally flat, while the sample I received had a distinct bow in it.

For me, I see an image that says "though shall not steal" lol
Actually, the bow was similar to the Swiftech GTX where everyone used a thicker o-ring to bow the base. The idea was that it adds more pressure to the center of the CPU and provides better contact. Read the review again - the "Closer Look" page has a picture of it.

Thanks for this. I was going to get a D-Tek @ end of month with nozzle kit but I think I will stick to my original choice of EK
