Thats why my dad got one. I think he paid nearly £250 for his first 8800gts 640mb. And now he can go SLi for only £99.86!!!
Cant wait to see how they perform!!! :D

Is this the G80 or G92 version?

Expreview...http://en.expreview.com/2008/04/02/g80-vs-g92-hi-end-geforce-gfx-cards-round-up/

According to them... the 8800GTS 320MB = 8800GS 384MB, and the 8800GTS 640MB = 9600GT 512MB.

Except for 3D Marks 2006 the 8800 GTS seems to beat the 9600 GT in majority tests in actual games. Take a look at the review again and just look at the tests @ 1920x1200 4x AA, 16 AF and it clearly shows the 8800 GTS is more capable. If the reviewer tested all their games at 1920x1200 4x AA, 16 AF the 8800 GTS would outperform the 9600 GT at least 70% of the time. It was a good read though, thanks for posting the review

After looking at the review at just 1920x1200 4x AA, 16 AF wouldn't you agree?
