Budget PSU... NEED Advice !!!

Hello to all. My name is Stefanel and i am from Romania. Next week a very good friend of mine, would like to upgrade his pc with a new PSU (a budget one) because now he have a generic 400W. His configuration has an Intel E2160 cpu, MSI P965 Neo-F V2 mb, 2x1Gb Mushkin PC6400 memory, Seagate 320Gb HDD, GeCube HD3850 256Mb DDR3 card, Asus DVD-Rw & 22" LCD.

Please help me to choose one of the following PSU's:
1. Recom PowerEngine 450W - 58 USD
2. XILENCE 420W SPS-XP420.(12) R - 53 USD
3. Thermaltake 420W TR2 W0061RE - 60 USD
4. Sirtec 430W HPC-430-P12S - 57 USD
5. Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus 400W - 64 USD

I have the thermaltake one and it runs my system just fine. (the one in my system specs)

I had that Thermaltake psu. Did the job nicely, and rails were stable.

So in the end the TT is the BEST choice... what about the FORTRON BS2 350W or SAGA 400W... would one of this 2 PSU manage to give the necesary power to his PC ??? Or maybe for 6 bucks more should he buy the TT 470W version instead of the 420W ???

FSP is a good group but forget 350w. I would say $7 more is worth 470w over 420w
