Now on the second picture it says 2 cores/2 threads and on the first pic only 1? Something isn't right or what?

You can turn off cores in the BIOS.

u could hit 5 gig on normal air with enough volts but i dont suppose the chip would live long..

but clocks like that are as much about the mobo as the cpu chip.. and not caring about killing the hardware..

Finally.....finally TEAM EXTREME modules are running stable at those speeds. Usually, those 1200 MHz kits they sell bonk out at 1000 MHz and refuse to go beyond. TEAM has bad buyer reviews though their sole USP is 'overclocking modules' so good to see they actually work.
