Looking into the water cooling field

I am once again (I have so many other times) looking into water cooling. I plan on overclocking my CPU as high as I can get it (probably bench that and lower it some) and maybe the GPU. Depends on budget.

Im sick of air cooling. It gets to damn hot here in the summer/fall and have to fuck around with shit to get temps down.

What I need is recommendations on what parts I should grab.

What I will need to do I think is drill holes in the motherboard tray so I can get some of these wires out of the way, route PSU cables, sata cables, etc to the motherboard. Clean it up a bit for the tubes. If anyone has a Thermaltake Armor full tower case and has holes drilled in it for a nice clean look, if you would be so kind could you post pictures of where you drilled the holes, the sizes, etc.

Nothing can really sit on top of the case as its under my desk and there isnt enough clearance for anything.

I have a silver version of the full tower thermaltake armor. I also just installed a WC system in it.

Buy all your parts in the trade forums around the net.

MCP 350 as the pump. It can be modded to be the MCP 355 if you would rather have the extra flow.

Standard double or triple radiator.... With many 120mm fans attached.

Use tygon 3/8" inner diameter with 1/2" barbs so you won't need clamps.

I prefer T-lines, but reserviors are great if you are new to watercooling.

D-Tek Fuzion v2 is the best Processor waterblock supposedly, but I have never tried it.

(I have only built three watercooled PC's as of this post)

You don't need a reservoir, but I think they look kind of cool. I have one in my setup. It makes things easier to me.

For radiators, I like Swiftech. They have a good bang for you buck. I would grab a the tripple mcr320 radiator because once you start to cool your CPU you will probably want to throw your GPU into the mix too.

Also, I like swiftech pumps. Very reliable and a 5 year warranty I believe.

Ok here is a list then

Then you could use their tubing or the cheap stuff at lowes. You can also make your own water mix to save another 40 dollars.

cpu/video card

You will need to pick up a 120 fan.

For the liquid I go with distilled water and a bit of biocide from petrastechshop.com Works great and it's cheap!

Here is a cheaper block for the 9800GTX for only 84.95. Not bad if you ask me.

Ive heard that and im sure its 100% true. My case is such a fucked up mess right now with cables im not sure where i'd but the res and pump.

Your going to cut the tubing to make it fit. I would say you need around 10 feet. You want extra, because you might cut a run to short.

I use the clamps from ACE Lowes or any place like that. The metal ones that you screw down.
