i wouldnt worry about atitool artifact scanner... if your card runs through 3dmark06 fine then your going to be ok... firefly test will usually crash if oc is too high on mem...
one thing i have learned about these cards is that the gddr5 degrades quickly...
when i first benched the card all was fine at 790-1100... now i can only use 790-1030
anythin more on the gddr5 and the screen goes black or the pc completely crashes...
i can play certain games at 1100mem but as i know it isnt stable at those speeds anymore i simply dont run it that high....
so try running your gddr5 at the rated 1000mhz, i think most problems will dissapear...
