Just found this on XS,very useful so i thought i would post it here.

The main goal of this tool is to have an easy way for flashing bios on any Asus P35, X38 or X48 boards (and now P5B Deluxe & Commando) in one click (or two )
For that, you will use an USB key (minimum 512Mb) and when the key will be created ... you will be able to upgrade, downgrade any of theses boards.
I think you could easy crossflash too ... if you know exactly what you are doing (Maximus into Rampage for example).
This key can contain some tools ... currently only memtest 2.01.
