Although I'm not sure if this is a Sonic HD4850 , or a 9800GTX+ . But take a look at these 2 pics of "Supposedly" 9800GTX+ and HD 4850 Sonic . Look for the difference in placement of capacitors on the lower end .

If this is a 9800GTX+, then I'm surely buying this, cause of the custom cooler and maybe the length will be shorter too .

i prefer full card coolers, but that does look really nice - and its my card of choice when i upgrade unless 4870's are cheaper.

In your specs you have written OC+.

There is a difference between a:

9800GTX+ OC

and a:

9800GTX OC+

Which do you have?

you never know, PALiT does some crazy things . They were the only company to have custom cooler on 8800GTS G92 and with 1 GB memory, when NVIDIA doesn't allow partners to mess with its top end cards.

Maybe this is also a limited edition with RED PCB, or maybe Nvidia wants to take advantage of the RED team by making their card look like a HD4850 sonic and making people buy it :D:D

Well I wonder if this 9800+ will run at 900Mhz with a waterblock. That would be nice to see, and I sent off a email asking if this card is legit.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's real at all. My 8800 GTS 1GB has a red pcb, and a similar cooler but with a full shroud. Palit should probably make a 1 GB 9800, would be about $100 cheaper then the GTS 1 GB was ($370).

Since when does PCB color have anything to do with anything?

That's absolutely the last thing I think of when buying a video card.

When it's in my PC, I can't see it.

They could make my HD4870 with a turd brown PCB, and I couldn't care less.
