so is the surface soft or is it rigid like alot of plastic mousepads, made from steelseries and icemat? because a Softer pad means the mouse does slide around with least amt of noise and they dont get dirty as easy as a hard mousepad.

Plastic pads don't roll well into tubes, they catch wrinkles.

Awesome looking pad. Even though I use an optical mouse, I prefer a pad to run my OCZ Equalizer on. This looks like a perfect fit. Its big enough where I Dont have to constantly adjust my mouse as I surf, play or what have you.
