Another fine review...
![]() They just went plain overboard with the plastic dividers, it looks like they were attempting to quarantene heat from different component areas, but I don't buy that - free flow is where it's at! The cubes on the back plate seem like a weird idea - why not just put an array of cable ties there. When the case is buttoned up, you don't see that part anyway. The case does have a certain aesthetic appeal, but tastes (and mileage) will vary ![]() |

Loved this case, sorry but I have already seen this review from 3dGameman. But it is freakin sweet. I like how they give you the covers for you to manage your wires in the back of the case. Just the over all built of the case is awesome.

Interesting name for the case.... too close to Speedo (a banana hammock for your machine!)

Hell they could have taken 40 bucks off the case and you could have put your own black plastic tile squares on there.
Nice reviews as always DS. I do love your Case Reviews. I like this case but its like 70% Post Consumer Recycled plastic and 30% steel. The Price is too much for all the cheapness.

@ oli_ramsayIf this case didn't have so much damned plastic and if it were all aluminum, it would be pretty nice I think. The three 230mm fans are overkill though. One is fine, maybe two, but three is too much. They could at least have made them quieter, since having such large fans still be noticeable defeats the purpose imo. I also hate the cut-out vent for the side fan. The metal mesh like on the armor is much better I think. Anyways, if this case was cheaper, I think it would have potential to be really nice with the right mods.

Blah, I refuse to buy any case that has a non-standard size fan. I'd rather have 4x120mm fans than one 230mm fan I can't replace.

a Case that supports EATX and is a Full Tower would be very nice. If Possible, if you dont like the 1 massive fan (Since its Dead Zone is Huge) I say fabricate another Panel and Put 4-9 120 MM fans on it

@ theJesus: it only has two 230mm fan (one top and one side)
@ eidairaman1: the Xaser V and the matching Armor+ are EATX cases. Also a lot less plastic for all of those concerned.

Hm, looks kinda nice, wish the window wasn't there but I guess that can be removed for more mesh!
I'll have to take a better look later, might be interested in picking this one up.

Shame as usual the manufacturers take a really good case and blather it in cheap looking flimsy plastic fronts/tops.

orly?
I based my post off the last page of the review, which lists "three 230mm fans" under the pros. I'm sure you're probably right, but I'm too lazy to go look through all the pics again ![]()
