I`m going to throw my PC thru the window

I need you opinions and similar expiriens.
First mistake:
Replaced my P31 NEO-F for P45 NEO3-F cost me 50 eur plus OC gains none what so ever.
Second mistake
Replaced my 2GB Sycron 1066 MHz for 4 GB Kingston HyperX 1066 CL5 cost me 40 eur gains none

The board won`t let me rune above 320 FSB even at low multi 10 and P45 mb is sucking with memory
Sycron old board 1000 MHz 5 5 5 new board 900 MHz 6 6 6
Kingston rated 1066 MHz 5 5 5 2.2-2.3v achieved 800 MHz 2.2v 5 5 5

I wrote to MSI and they sent me the link to the FTP server and gave me login and pass to download latest bios that is not available from their site or MSI live update.
Last bios for my mb is 1.51 on the msi site on the FTP there are 5 more bioses 1.61 1.71 ... 2.24
MSI advised me to download 1.61 and try I haven`t done that yet I don`t have flopy at home.
Tomorrow I`m going to flash this shit and than I`m going to decide if my PC is going to be airborn
I need you opinions and similar expiriens.
 
First of all the kingston crap needs to be vanished. Fix that first or say good bye to OC
 
You seem to be working in the rigth direction, you have a bunch of bioses...try them.

I have the same ram and my overclock stops at about 3.9ghz but maybe your chip won't go any higher.
 
it mostly matters what you want for your comp.. OC/Benches or gaming or?

I was a bit upset when my 3DMark06 scores went down when I switched from a X2 6400 to a X4 9950.
I have some killer memory and in real life I cant tell the difference between them (Buffolo Firestix, Corsair,Geil Evo Ones)

Than I got 3 of the 9800GTX+s, 1 was nice 2 was a bit better 3 was the same as 2..Sold them

So than I got 3 asus 9800GTs (because they have the Tri SLI bridges) to find out they dont work in Tri SLI. Than I find out my 9600GTs are almost even with the 9800GTs in games and Benches.

I have a $300 Asus mobo (for the tri sli) that OCs almost as good as my $100 Biostar N750, lol

And on and on....
(everyone goes through this)

PS: what PS are you using for the OCing?

Similar story to me nd my friend we bought identical gear for our pc's at the same time and all of my stuff worked straight away and his was either faulty or broke within minutes or didn't arrive.
 
It is all OK. But from 1066 memory to get only 800 wtf. And 320 fsb from P45 even ECS can do better.
 
I ended up retuning my e5200, it was a POS.

not saying yours is, though....

I reckon it might be the chip. As for the RAM mines came saying it was 1066mhz but you had to change it to that manually and you needed a voltage of 2.2 I guess you did that ?
 
RMA the Kingston if it won't work at rated speed and voltage

4GB puts quite a load on the NB, so you may need to up the voltage on that.

I tried only 2x1 gb and it didn`t matter.
