No sooner do nvidia announce some release dates for the GTX 285 & GTX 295, than the price of the outgoing GTX 280 is slashed. 
For anyone about to buy a GTX 280 or similar, I'd say wait a week or two and you'll be able to pick one up at a real bargain price. B-grades sometimes go for really silly prices and work just fine. I recently picked up B-grades on an 8800 GTX for £60 & 9800 GX2 for £140. Bargains.

The previous cheapest was about £320, now it's £230. It really pays to wait in this business.
