Okay, the only pre-reqs of this is you A) Read the initial thread located at:
http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?p=1168344
and B) have a paypal account. If you can successfully edit one of the 3650 bioses to make
the card work, (and I will be here to report any errors and progress etc real time, even by
phone (free long distance to can/usa on this end)). I will transfer you $20 via paypal, easy
as that! - Thanks in advance for anyone willing to undertake this task (and good luck)

All card info is in the thread, and just to reiterate the task at hand is editing one of the
Radeon HD 3650 bioses to be compatible with my 256mb / DDR2 flavor card.

try Atiflash -ai and see what it says

the card should be 0 but in your case may be 1
