12.1" Laptop, Mini ITX, M-Audio FW410, Custom Chassis, SATA, PSU, MUCH MORE!

I've decided that I will consolidate my relatively vast collection of computer bits to make myself more portable (will probably be moving come next fall) and because I can't continue to justify having so much when I can really only use one at a time. Hopefully, by the time all is said and done (the summer), I'll have a nice desktop and a netbook, and nothing else. I'm offering these to TPU and Rage3D now, and will continue with [h] then ebay. This thread will change as things are sold and more items are listed.

All items are in working and good condition unless otherwise noted, I take care of my hardware. All prices are OBO. Shipping is FREE to the lower 48 states, shipping arrangements elsewhere can be made, local pickup will work if you can make it to College Park, Maryland, I have no car and cannot meet you to drop it off. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

My trading terms:
I have heatware under DaJMasta and ebay feedback under mdbssn.
I will under no circumstances ship before payment.
I prefer paypal, but other methods can be used if something is worked out.
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states for any individual item, if you would like more than one, I can give you some sort of discount to offset the combined shipping price. Please contact me before the sale is finalized to work out shipping to other areas (I don't have a problem with it provided you can pay for it).
Please allow an additional 24 hours for computer systems, this will give me time to wipe the drive, install a new OS, and make sure everything works properly.
All prices are OBO, if you have a price that you think is fair I'd be happy to work with you.
I will try my hardest to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, I will let you know if something prevents me from meeting this deadline.
I will package each item carefully for shipping and will insure items over the carrier's insurance limit.
I prefer to ship via USPS priority mail, but can use other carriers if something is worked out.
When your item has shipped, I will contact you with an image of the package that same day.

Want to trade for:
PCI Wireless N card (any draft)
Mini-ITX motherboard with decent IGP (nVidia ION is ideal)
1.8" SATA hard drive or ssd

What I've got to offer:

Next few posts....

5GB 1.8 inch hard drive

Custom 3-System board server chassis : Included accessories : all wooden and fully configurable - $85
- A project I started late last year to incorporate 3 MicroATX boards into one chassis and run as a server. Because of trouble getting the boards to play nicely with the given power configuration and lack of time and need for a server, it went by the wayside and I'm parting it out.
- Holds: 3 MicroATX Motherboards, 1 standard ATX power supply, up to 6 hard drives, a power strip, and a network hub and KVM in the top with ventilation space
- Patterned out standard MicroATX and MiniITX mounting bolts, included extra mounting hardware
- All panels come off, every part is accessable and servicable
- Hard drives and PSU mounts with string (not included) securely
- 12"x12"x28", very small footprint, normal set of computer connections: Needs only one keyboard, mouse, monitor, network connection, and power connection to be fully functional
- Does NOT come with internal components, it is being parted out
- ATX splitter "power spine" may not function properly. I never got all three boards to boot off it properly, could be a problem with mismatching the boards, could be the way they power up, could be another problem. Other power distribution methods can work (like a PicoPSU for each board and something with a big 12V rail in the bottom), but I have not tested them.
- Front panel power, hdd activity, reset, and power switches
- Included useful cables and extra mounting hardware for anything you need to do with it
- Included Netgear 10/100 4 port hub, Linksys KVM (uses hotkeys as well as pushbutton), required cables
- Clearcoat sealant lightly applied, can be further finished or painted as you choose
Pics:
http://www.medpants.com/sale/serverfull.jpg - Everything included
http://www.medpants.com/sale/serverassembled.jpg - Everything dry assembled
http://www.medpants.com/sale/serverfullyassembled.jpg - Fully assembled (Does not include pictured systems or PSU or kbd/mouse)
http://www.medpants.com/sale/servercoveron.jpg - Fully assembled and with the cover on (does not come with kbd/mouse)
http://www.medpants.com/sale/servermounting.jpg - Partially assembled to show hardware mounting (does not come with system components)

Custom Pyramid Computer chassis with Pentium system - $50
- A project started many years ago with some spare parts to build a computer in a pyramid shaped chassis. Some elements (the front buttons) are not built up, the drives are not painted to match the system.
- The components are a Pentium MMX 200MHz processor, 64MB of memory, 1GB hard drive, 16x DVD drive, 200W AT PSU, 2MB Video card, Sound card, 10/100 networking card
- Requires AT keyboard and PS2 mouse, NO USB
- Fully shielded case using wire mesh which is electrically connected to ground
- Mounting for one 5.25" and one 3.5" external bay, also one small 3.5" internal bay
- All components are working pulls and this system CAN and HAS functioned on it's own, I was unable to test recently because of the lack of an AT keyboard
- See this page for more information on the project, the specifications, and a shot of it fully operational: http://medpants.com/pages/Projects.html (Click the first Pyramid Computer link)
- Can be used with other internal components with some modifcation, this is not standardized to AT or ATX, but has a freeform internal setup which should accomodate most ATX or smaller boards, possibly with full height and length cards, but any PSU used must be the BOARD ONLY, does not have space for a properly housed PSU
- Internal speaker and HDD activity light included, speakers included, VGA and mouse cables connect inside the case and come out of a slot in the rear
Pics:
http://www.medpants.com/sale/pyramidassembled.jpg - Fully assembled
http://www.medpants.com/sale/pyramidback.jpg - Fully assembled from the rear

MISC:

Pinky and the Brain Volume 1 DVD - Sealed - $25
Brand new DVD set, just the first volume. I got both volumes for christmas and a second copy of the first, so here's the one I certainly don't need. Still sealed in packaging.

Easton EA30 Seatpost : 31.6mm : 300mm length - $10
Got this seatpost for my new build before I knew the measurement of the seatpost tube because it was inexpensive, was 1mm too big and I'm passing it along. It is new in box and was removed only to try to fit it in the seatpost tube, I didn't force it so there is no cosmetic or other damage to the part.

Cane Creek S-3 Headset : 1 1/8" threadless : Black - $27

Got this headset for my new build before I found out that the frame came with the original FSA headset. After looking through the instructions included and examining the FSA headset, I decided not to install it. This is new in box with all original parts and spacers in pristine condition.

$15 iTunes gift card - Unused - $12
An iTunes card I received as a gift some time ago, but without an iTunes account, I have no way to make use of it. As per my last iTunes card listing, I will send the winning bidder a photo of the back of the card including the scratched off security code. Once the code is received it will be disposed of properly. This way you get the code fast and I don't have to mail anything

Water Cooling:

Fluid XP+ Ultra - Blood Red - $8
2/3-3/4 full bottle, some used and drained. A very expensive coolant that I found to be a mediocre performer, but it has its advantages.
-Completely non-toxic
-Long shelf life
-Lubricates the pump and prevents corrosion
-Nonconductive

Laptop Parts:
Leather 15.4 inch or smaller laptop bag - $35
Can accommodate laptops from 12.1 to 15.4 inches. Includes pockets for accessories, software, and papers and has a carrying handle and shoulder strap. This feels well built but I almost never used it because it is larger than I wanted to carry to class in addition to a backpack.

That is a very nifty little mini-ITX system there. I might know someone who was looking for something like that.

I'm sorry about that, the thread started on the Rage3D forums which don't have the same rule.... since I'm not exactly psyched about redoing all the pictures, I'd be happy to take a proper one on request for anyone who want's that proof.

All PMs replied to and thanks for the interest!

Harness, radiator, coolermaster waterblock, and PSU pending.
