Ok guys did quite a bit of work on the weekend with hardware and stuff. Thought id post some pics
My Mates pc all up and going with 2 16x1tb raids with all my data on as i rearranged my raids.

Closer pic of tubing and I now have one less raid card as I just bought 7x 1.5tb hdds to add to my 1 I already had into a raid 0 arrary.
