System start is slowed down

Do you have some screen shots of your temps or pics of your case? I think im going to try this tonight. That could be a huge factor in why I cant get my clocks higher..

o, i also changed the heat sinc paste to arctic silver, i think overall it droped by 10deg

i was using speed fan to check temps, ill take some photos of it and post for you to check out how ive got mine set up, ive just gotta go to the supermarket and grab some beers, ill post the pic in an hour

Did you plug the 8pin conector into the cpu power, i think you should, it may help

I connected this cables and still getting this problem...

RAM, CPU, PSU are OK.

So there`s a posssibility, it`s a GPU or MoBo.
If MoBo; BIOS SETTINGS or I don`t know.
I can load Fail-Safe or Optimize Defaults in BIOS, so it`s not settings, I guess. Or should I reset BIOS?

Only mouse. But I tried disconnect it and this ddin`t solve my problem.

So it`s not MoBo settings, not CPU, not PSU, not RAM, not Windows...
May be MoBo phisical error or GPU?

flash to the new bois, it might help.
if that dont work, you need to try another video card.
if thet dont work, youll need to take your MOBO back to where you got it, they will RMA it for you, gigabyte will give you another MOBO

GPU, RAM, HDD, PSU, CPU and monitor are fine. When I exit from BIOS, boot time is normal (abt 4 sec). When I turn on PC, I must wait 15 sec till I see anything on my screen...
