well its been a few more weeks and nothing

Still no contact huh? His forum OCTheist died too. I honestly can't see why he's ignoring you over $20, if I owed someone $20 I would starve a few meals and pay off the debt. Are you sure PP will accept your case since it has been over the initial 30 days?

Does Charper have Heat? Maybe you can contact some of the people he's dealt with and find an address/number to take legal action.

Yup, he is ignoring you. He was playing games on Steam this weekend. He is no longer allowed to do any type of transaction through these forums, do not deal with him. You should have all of his contact information, if not, I have it and will give it to you. He is no longer allowed to use the B/S/T forum for any reason. I suggest you contact his local police department and your local police department. His Steam account is Charper2013 also.
