I like the fan control option in ATI Tool very much and it works perfectly, except from when I resume from standby modus. The fan goes to 5 or 0 % (it doesn't run, i can see it in my case) I have to start ATI Tool again to get it running properly.
I found out about this running a game and getting lots of artifacts, 95 degrees celcius, luckily my card isn't burned ..
So is this a bug in the driver utility?
