Yes it is and it works suprisingly well! It's also very easy to mount and unmount for doing reviews.

Damn that sure is the sex, but 700 dollars? I'd have to put my kids to work in a sweat shop to raise that kind of funds.

I'm guessing the premium price is purely in the screen.

a few questions:

Does the software that comes with this automatically know that there's a second display hooked up, and play videos in full screen on it? Does the software cover both displays?

Also, does the little LCD display have to be the primary display? Would running games with this thing constantly involve changing which display is the primary or can you make the touch screen LCD secondary display with the same results? I guess that's the way it would NEED to be isnt it?

Good question! Basically it is like running two monitors on any system, you extend the desktop to the secondary display through Catalyst Control Center or the Nvidia Control Panel. Either one can be the primary display. Ideally the touchscreen would be the secondary display for use as navigation and the primary monitor for display.

If I had the cash Id snag that up. You really cant put a high or low price on a good HTPC case, especially one that looks like your receiver. The whole build quality, cable routing, room and aesthetics put it over the top. That screen is nice and the remote, though not much mentioned about, looks to be high quality. Awesome review erocker, too bad they wont let you keep it.

They have a much cheaper version of the LM300 (called LM300 Pro as opposed to LM300 Touch Pro) minus the touch functions on the LCD. The LCD is smaller than the Touch Pro but I think those are the only difference. The physical dimensions are identical.

Found one on ebay selling for US360. They sell the Touch Pro too for $590. For the difference in price I can live without the touchscreen.
