Is this core 65nm or 55nm?***SOLVED***

Galaxy GTS250 512mb. I have heard conflicting info that the core is 65nm. GPU-Z shows 65nm, but it's Version 0.3.3 and we all know about the new card bugs.

Can anyone confirm?

I found this pic to confirm:

Thank's Shadowfold. 55nm it is!!!

That's the same as a 9800GTX+ core, so it's 55nm.

yep shadow is right, its definitely a 55nm core, the G92-428-B1's were made to be distributed to CN and are part of a different batch and it probably detects as a 65nm because its got an old bios

Gpu-z even detects the revision as being wrong

I believe the reason for GPU-z detecting it wrong is that the 55nm G92 was a direct pin compatible drop in replacement for the 65nm G92. Meaning nothing else on the card, including BIOS, needed to be changed to support it. The GPU ID did not change. So it is impossible for software to detect the difference between the two.

Is on 55ns, i read alot on galaxy china forum.
There are 2 gts250 galaxy version, one with bios 62.92.6D ( D means SAMSUNG ram) other with 62.92.62.00.07( hynix).

Samsung is better then Hynix, samsung goes up to 2700Mhz on this model, hynix between 2250-2600.

If anyone has GALAXY GTS 250 512ddr, 62.92.62.00.07( hynix) bios, pls upload it.
