i7 920 for $200(maybe a D0)

Microcenter is running their i7 $200 deal, I picked mine up last time they offered it four months ago. In store pickup only, so if you dont have one close ROADTRIP!!!

With tax mine was $215, and you still cant find a deal like that in stores! Plus the chips may be D0's!!!!

I may go to my store and see what revision they are and maybe pick some up for my TPU friends!!!

Max 1 per household is what they usually do. You won't be able to pick up more than 1 for people on TPU (or yourself).

Are you sure about that? I'm pretty sure they'll do the same thing. They take your phone number and some other info, and I would imagine they won't let more than 1 go per credit card. Not saying you couldn't snake your way out of there, but it would be a bit of a PITA.

Wish I was making a trip to Boston Today... they have 110 in stock!!!

How do you tell if it's a D0? I think I recall seeing a box picture showing it. Was going to call them and see if they would look.

S-Spec for D0 is SLBEJ. I have seen them at MC in Westmont, IL (outside of Chicago).

I was just in town this past weekend and my MC just got D0s, but someone on a local forum said they got the last one and wouldn't have more till the following weekend.

Just went to the MC in Westmont, IL. Got a D0 for 215.00 with tax!!!

They had 10 on the floor, half were D0, and half were C0.

This is when I love living in Chicago :toast:

I live near the 1 in Fairfax,Va and there everyday price for the I7-920 is $229.00. So even if you miss out on the sale, you can still get it for less than 250 dollars. in which I already have mine with a Gigabyte UD3r and 3x2gb Patriot Viper series DDR3 1600.
