Inno3D's iChiLL range is going to have one more product to talk about soon, this will be an upcoming NVIDIA ION-based mini-ITX mainboard with a name that's yet to be discovered. The board was shown for the first time during this year's COMPUTEX. It follows NVIDIA's reference design and is expected to ship in two flavours - one featuring an integrated single-core Intel Atom N270 processor, and another sporting an integrated dual-core Intel Atom 330. The second heart of the board is NVIDIA's ION chipset which brings with it a GeForce 9400m integrated graphics, with a GPU clocked at 450 MHz and 16 stream processors clocked at 1100 MHz. The iChiLL board provides two DDR2 DIMM slots, supporting up to 8 GB of 667 MHz/800 MHz memory, and is bundled with a 90W external power supply. The board is yet to be priced.

That looks better than the Zotac one. Just hope it isn't £100+.. Defeats the object for me if it's that much. May aswell get a mATX / ATX and proper Graphics Card...

Software Windows Server 2003 R2 as a Workstation now migrated to W10 with regrets.
Intel really needs to improve the Atom 330... since it is approx. "as powerful" as a Pentium 4 Northwood @2.4. While YES it is truely amazing that Intel can now do this <8W and silent, but the fact is, P4@2.4 is NOT something people are going to get excited about.

They need to do something. Higher FSB, higher clocks. The 230 has improved to 270 now 280. Time to improve the 330 a little. Or a "quad-core" Atom 430. That would crunch through FTP/NAS mini-server tasks at least, and take the Atom well beyond P4 performance.

Same colors, same layout, same features.... yeah it's the same one. Looks like a rebranding, but that means potentially different accessories, BIOS, and software.

I would totally buy one of these ion-atom motherboard combos but they don't even have a pci-e 1x slot. These would make for an awesome low profile HTPC but I wouldn't be able to install a TV tuner card (i guess I could do a USB one...)

This just one improvement would make these boards so much better.

isn't the 330 just 2x 230 cores on a single pcb chip. I am pretty sure its not a true dual core. I don't see why intel just couldn't stick a 3rd or 4th core on the same pcb.
